How to contact Google Business Profile Support

Sometimes you may experience an issue with your Google Business Profile and most of the support is already available online. Unfortunately, the Google Business Profile service is free and as a result, only email support is available.
Let’s get started!
Getting in touch with the support team for your Google Business Profile
1. Visit https://support.google.com/business/?hl=en#topic=4596754
2. Ensure that you are logged into the correct Google Account that is linked to the Google Business Profile. If you cannot select your business, then go to the top right of the window and switch the Google Account.
3. Select the business that you’d like support for.
4. Describe the issue you are experiencing.
5. See if there is support documentation already available. If not, click “Other” and then click “Next step“.
6. See if any of the other discussions may offer help. If not, click “Next step“.
7. Click Email. A form will load and complete the form. This will be submitted to Google Support and they should get back to you within 24-48 hours. Times may vary and you will receive an email confirmation with an estimated wait time.
