Why wasn't my review posted?
Reviews are normally posted within 2 business days. If you have multiple reviews, they may be posted over a number of days so that the reviews stick. If too many reviews are posted to your business profile on the same day, then they may be removed.
Usually, reviews are assigned within 1 business day but this can take up to 3 business days. Once assigned, reviews will be posted within 5 business days. If you notice that your reviews are not being posted, we do apologise and ask you to contact info@tinypeople.review immediately with your order number so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Why was my review deleted?
Sometimes, Google will remove reviews if they seem to be suspicious. If this ever happens, please notify us and we will replace the missing review, free of charge until it sticks to your profile.
Nevertheless, if a review has been removed, we will need to alter the wording slightly to ensure that it is not picked up again as a suspicious review. Remember, when writing reviews, put yourself in the shoes of your customers and how you think they would write about your business.
How does tiny people work?
